ASME B16.5 – Flanges and Fittings


ASME B16.5 describes the requirements for flanges, spools, couplings, and fittings for use in pressure piping and other systems connected to various equipment. It also establishes material standards for flanges, spools, couplings, and fittings, including alloys, carbon steels, and stainless steels.

B16.5 regulates the dimensional profile for flanges, spools, couplings, and fittings, including their dimensions and tolerances. Furthermore, the standard describes pressure capacity and leak rate requirements for flanges, spools, couplings, and fittings.

B16.20 – Compensators and Gaskets

ASME B16.20 specifies requirements for metallic gaskets used in pressure piping and flanged connections. The standard defines permissible materials—including alloys, carbon steels, and stainless steels—as well as dimensions and tolerances for ring joint, spiral wound, and jacketed gaskets. It also includes specifications for pressure resistance, leak rate, and marking of these gasket types.

B31.3 – Prozessleitungen in Chemie und Petrochemie

ASME B31.3 beschreibt Anforderungen für Prozessleitungen, die vor allem in der petrochemischen und chemischen Industrie verwendet werden. B31.1 – Kraftwerksleitungen und Energieanlagen

Der ASME B31.1 beschreibt Anforderungen für Kraftwerksleitungen, einschließlich Dampf- und Kondensatsysteme, Wärmetransport- und Kühlliquiditätssysteme, Öl- und Gasleitungssysteme. B36.10 – Stahlrohrleitungen

Die Norm ASME B36.10 beschreibt Anforderungen für Stahlrohrleitungen, die in der petrochemischen und chemischen Industrie verwendet werden.

B36.10 normiert Anforderungen an die Werkstoffe, die für Stahlrohrleitungen verwendet werden sollen, einschließlich Kohlenstoffstähle, Edelstähle und Legierungen. ASME Section VIII – Druckbehälter

Section VIII ist ein wichtiger Teil des American Society of Mechanical Engineers Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code (ASME BPVC).
