IEEE and IBM recently announced a publishing agreement to disseminate some of the leading technical articles and papers in computer hardware, software and information systems to a wider audience of researchers and interested readers around the world.
The IBM Journal of Research and Development, which now includes the IBM Systems Journal, is one of the top-cited journals in the field and addresses the latest advancements in computer science. Beginning in the spring of 2010, all papers ever published in the IBM journals will be available exclusively in IEEE Xplore.
Access to the IBM Jounral is via IEEE Xplore - with all the advantages - but it is not included in the IEEE subscription and must be ordered SEPARATELY!
